La rubrique rapport ne me permet pas d en créer manuellement.

Be careful.
Template report allows to give the format you want for your reports printed or "pdfed", You can NOT create personnal report with this plugin.
TO create new reports you have to code by yourself or ourselves.
Anyway , you can fix sendings on existing reports easily from each screen report.

Yes indeed before buying the plug-in I want to be sure of its functionality.
I need to create an automatic report to a person by simply selecting projects by type.
I know how to do it with filters in the project tab but I cannot send the report automatically
Does purchasing the plugin allow me to do this type of automation?

The plugin does not allow to "send" a templated export.
You can send a standard report, not templated.
