First of all, Happy new year to the "ProjeQtor community" 🙂
I've got a little problem using the "Message" functionnality.
I created a message for all the users (no restriction for profile or project) : this message appears correctly on the "Today" page (which is the homepage for all the users)
But now, when I create an other message, with exactly the same parameters, it's appears on the "Today" homepage only for "Administrators", and not to the other users :huh: (theses users can only see this message when they go to the "Message" item on the menu.
Can somebody explain me what is wrong with my way to use this functionnality ?

Here you have a screenshot of the message.
I don't understand why the first message created has no user defined and the other have for user the user who has created the message.
And only the user that has created the message can see it., exept the first message (#id #1) (which seems to be the same than other message) : this first message can be see by all the user.

It is a bug (possibly introduced in 5.0 and not reported yet ...)
Ticket #1922 recorded.
I thought I was an idiot 🙂
