I find using Resource Pools is a great feature for planning in advance 🙂
Is it also possible to use Pools for reporting real work ?
I was hoping for example to use the "work for a resource - monthly" report to get all work done by the resources of a Pool.
Is that possible ? (maybe using a different configuration than what I tried)

No, selection for resource on work reports cannot be a pool as real work is not entered on the pool but on the real resources.
You must use report "work - monthly" then apply a filter on resources : the only available are Oraganization and Team.
So maybe if you can have Team fit the Pool, you win.
Otherwise, this report shoud need improvment with filter for resources on "Pool" (which does not exist yet)
