On the report "Monthly availability of resources", what is the mean if I have a ressource with "-5", it was an overload?

It is a "mis-planning" over load : it means that resource has some real and some planned work.
This is mostly because input of real work was not as expected. This is real life 😉
Just re-plan the project to have this disepear.
