[#5264]

hello

in the topline of the Screen i can select a Project, so that all Screens Show only the items of the selected Project (except the today Screen - unfortunately).
but all the users see all the Projects. that is not good, because i want to handle several Projects with different customers and the customers should not see the other Projects.

thanks

Greeting
Norbert

Hi Norbert,
Try to play around with the access rights menus.
Since there are many ways to solve this, you need to put some time in it to find out the solution that works best for you.

That is Not a Problem of Access rights for Menus, which Works Fine.
You See all the projects in the Selection List.

YES IT IS !

You See all the projects in the Selection List.

NOT WHEN ACCESS RIGHTS ARE CORRECTLY DEFINED
Have a look at demo.
Try and connect an "manager" and then as "gestrionnaire" : you'll not see same projects.

So you have some configuration of rights that leads to visibility of all projects.

yes i see the difference.
Login as a guest and you see other Projects than the Supervisor.
but what have i Change.
i have examined two Projects (SCHTROUMPF, gestion eco).
Supervisor has both Projects in the selection list, guest doesnt see SCHTROUMPF.
but what is the difference?

You changed something on access rights that give visibility to "all items on all projects"

sorry, maybe i dont catch it.
in Access modes is the Definition of the modes (for example "Manager = Elements of own Projects")
in Access to data (Project dependant) i connect the roles with the modes.
in my example external Project leader have "no Access" to Projects (first line in the form) and the user who see all the Project is external Project leader and only assigned to one Project.

If profile of user has one access mode, for any screen, that give visibility to "all items of all projects", all projets lists will be full (including project selector).
I'm sure you're in that case.
