no !
First a year is not 365 days (in a workly basis) but about 220 (must exclude week-ends, off days, holidays). Then if eauc is 35% on the task, then each has 220 * 0.35 = 77 days on the task
And total assigned work on the task is 77 * 7 = 537 days.
(this is not Prject Management, just arythmetics)
Just to be sure again  , you assign 77 days on the task with 100% on project assigment and 100% on activity task, could you confirm me?
Sorry, I wrote a mistake,
You assign 77 days on the task with 35% on project assigment and 100% on activity task, could you confirm me?
I tested on ProjeQtOr and my answer is :
project assigment at 100%
activity assigment at 33%
Let me know if you are not agree
project affectation at 100%
activity assigment at 100%
activity planning mode = "reguler between dates"
I'm not agree with you but just to be more clear, ressources have another projects to do every day.
33% Project 1 ---> "regular between dates" ---> cyclic tasks
33% Projet 2 ---> "reguler between dates" ---> cyclic tasks
33% Projet in general ---> ASAP
In ProjeQtOr, with project assigment at 100% and activity assigment at 33%, I have 2.5h every day for this task during the period and this is what I expect.
Let me know if you are not agree
Yes, but you don't have ot play with rates if you use "Regular" planning mode :silly:
so, if I have my configuration in my test case is:
33% Project 1 ---> "regular between dates" ---> cyclic tasks
33% Projet 2 ---> "reguler between dates" ---> cyclic tasks
33% Projet in general ---> ASAP
What is your recommendation/configuration using "regular plan" for my test case?
Because if I keep 100% in my activity assigment with "regular", I think my Real Work Allocation should not be right with my expectation (33% suggests every day for my two cyclics tasks)
Just try.
Thanks a lot Babynus, you are right. :woohoo:
It is easier than with change the different rates!!!
But I'm not sure why it is correct? it is because the assigned work was multiple by the rate to calculate the assigned work?
And it isn't depend to the number of assigned ressources... it is better. 👿
it is because the assigned work was multiple by the rate to calculate the assigned work?
Yes
