Hi all,
A Ticket belongs to a project but can be linked to an activity or not.
The question is about the way a Ticket appears in the timesheet.
In case a Ticket is linked to an "parent activity" it appears as belonging to the project and this is OK.
But in case the ticket is not linked to an activity it appears as a "not assigned work" and does not appear within its project and the way I understand it this not correct.
Can you please explain why is this behavior

Tickets that are not linked to "planning activity" (not parent pactivity) are counted on the project but displayed as Not Assigned : it means no work was planned to treat these tickets. This is designed this way.
