Hello,
Since last upgrade (i applied both 10.1.3 and 10.1.4 one after an other), i 'm unable to add time to timesheet on most of projects.
Furthermore, i 've created a fake project from start with a fake task and i 'm still unable to assign time to this task...
Currently i'm top level user (administrator).
After many tests where i've played with parameters of projects and tasks the problem is still here, icannot understand why, before upgrade it was running well, any information i've missed ? Some parameters to set ?
Need help ! Thank you very much by advance.

You give me the hint ! I've searched on others projets, in one of them an other administrator set me as resource with 100% ratio so i was unavailable for others projets ....
I 've set me off that projet and everything is working now !
