Hi there,
Could you please explain with example what is "resources seniority" report in projeqtor for in Reports > Human resources?
I tried to find explanation in user guide but not succeed.

Hi !
This is the average seniority on a given profile.
If the curve goes up it is because the profile selected, for example team members, is because overall, your users with this profile are aging and have been in the company for a long time. When the curve goes down, it means that new users have arrived or that you may have a significant turnover
