About an hour ago me and my staff are receiving this error message
SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1205 Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction
on anything we try to do with an activity. Status change, or add a note or complete results in an Activity.
I have attached our log for your support.
I logged in as Administrator. Closed the program using the Close Program button in Administration. Now I can't seem to open it again.
I was able to restart the php programming and I can now log in as administrator.
When you start to get this kind of issues, bet is the restart the DB : there are deadlocks and some timeout on your DB may be too long.
