I'm approving a weeks work in the Real Work Allocation Screen, but it never appears to the project leader for validation.
I have set in the project definition screen the manager field to the Project Manager user and have also included him in the project's affectation list but with no rate for this project (the rate field is left blank).
How must the project and/or activity must be configuren in order for the project leader to be able to check and approve this ?

Validation rights has no matter with Project Manager.
The validation right depends on user profile.
You just have to correctly parameter the profiles who may validate work in the "specific access mode" screen.
