Good morning,
what is the parameter to modify to allow overbooking?

Hello,
This is what you can find in the online manual about overuse ( https://manual.projeqtor.org )
As it's said, this option being dangerous, it's not enabled by default.
As an admin, you can change that in the Specific Access screen, section Planning access rights, for the profiles you want.
You'll need to disconnect/reconnect for the option to appear in the planning calculation pop-up.
