Dear, I'm using Projeqtor version 6.3.7.
I created one project with 2 subproject with each one some activities and tasks.
I set last week the master project start date with 1st December 2017. Today I need to change this date to 15 December 2017 and accordingly every start date in sub projects and activities/tasks.
I believe it was enough edit Start Date in master project, but it doesn't work. Planned date does not change.
Why?
Sub project are set with status "In progress" for my mistake, is this the problem? I could not change it to "Recorded".

Planned dates do not take into account valaidated start date : it is just a date to control that project starts when expected, not a constraint.
To add a constraint, add a fixed milestone and dependencies.
Then moving the milestone will move the projet tasks
How can I change Date Planned? I cannot do it. I have not milestone. I have each activities related to the next. I must set validated date?
Solve using Planning Calculation. Sorry for my confusion.
