1. Task is created with 12 hours estimated effort
2. Task is completed with effort of 10 hours
3. User entered 10 hours for that task and changed the status to done.
4. But in Gantt chart it is showing status completed as 83% not 100%.
Is there some thing we are missing in configuration to set as tasks completed 100%?

Status to done is not enough to define that there is not left work.
In many cases, after work is done, responsible is changed to get a validation, that may lead to work input.
So to define that there is no left work ... you must set left work to zero :silly:
This should be done be resource in Real Work Allocation screen, or can be fixed by project leader on activity assignement.
