no a resource can't be on several teams.
The origin of the activity it's the reason the activity was created.

hi there isn't a way to add member to more team?
We have more developers that are in more teams and this possibility is mandatory.

Hello,
the team is unique. It has an administrative role, serves for reports, communication (information sharing) and accelerators.
You can use resource pools to determine a set of resources, usually of the same skill, to work on your schedulers. A resource can be part of multiple pools.
