Is it possible to change the format of the ticket email?
As basic plain text its mostly ok - but to simplify navigation and make it easier to find i would like to add hyperlink to the actual ticket as it resides within projectorria.

Yes and No.
Yes, you can change the email format (in the parameters.php file).
(Pay attention, this will soon disepear, to get a complete description of item instead)
No, you cannot add a direct link. But this is a minor problem. It could be easily added. What is really missing is a way to directly access an item through an url
