Hi there,
I am new in the ProjeQtOr community, so I apologize in advance if I ask dummy questions.
I am willing to use ProjeQtOr to plan the projects for my company and to perform customer care (support) using tickets.
Right now, ProjeQtOr meets all my requirements except one : I would like the customer to be able to choose the ticket type on creation in simple tickets.
I don't find out to do so. Could you tell me how or give me an advise about it ?

Screen "Tickets Types", you can manage types of tickets.
You can also have more customization : on profile screen, you can restrict types that can be used by users of given profile.
