Is it normally, if week is submit, tickets are blocked for the week next ?
example, I create a ticket on week 20. I work on this tickets, put some real work on it, my week 20 is finish and I submit it. My ticket is not finish, I want to put some real work on this ticket on week 21, I can't...

You can go on ticket, click on button " dispatch " and you can enter real work.
