Hi,
I'm trying to configure an incoming imap account for creating tickets.
My email provider is Gandi.
In the Imap Server field, I entered {mail.gandi.net:143}INBOX
But I get the following error (both in UI and logs): TLS/SSL failure for mail.gandi.net: SSL negotiation failed
Any Idea how to troubleshoot this ?

first, ask your mail hoster if it allows IMPA connection from remote application.
Sometime this feature must be "unlocked" by hoster.
You may also try
{mail.gandi.net:143/novalidate-cert}INBOX
or try another port (ask provider)
