I just installed V9 in new Centos 7 server, everything is working fine with the admin user.
After creating a new user, I tried to login with default password, Projeqtor asked to change password.
I am trying to change the password as required, but cannot login. The login screen with password change request kept appearing and I was unable to login to Projeqtor

check the log, first login of user nam.nh ok.
