Hello
we need to include the job lists and to do lists in a customized email models to be sent to the customers , Please can you provide us the name of the variables related to theses items that we can use in our email models :
- todo list ( liste des points a traiter )
- job list ( taches )

You mean there is no variables’ like ($ description) for those items that we could use ?

Yes, this is what I mean.
We have for instance ${NOTE} to insert list of notes.
But we don't have ${TODO} to insert list of To do list (sub-tasks)
