Version: 6.5.0
Created component_version object is visible for other component_version ("visible" means I can add it as dependend component_version) when the first one is marked as "EXTERN INTO SERVICE".
When componet_version is marked only as "Delivered" is it not "visible".
Is it possible to change this behaiour to have component_versions visible when they are at least "DELIVERED" ?
No, there is no restriction about "status" to select composition of component version.
Existing restriction is that component must be defined in composition before component version can be defined in composition.
Exemple; concider
"Comp A", with version "Comp A V1"
"Comp B", with version "Comp B V1"
To be able to define that "Comp B V1" is in the composition of "Comp A V1",
you must first define that "Comp B" is in the composition of "Comp A",
