Hi,
I would like to create some activities in advance, beginning 2020/01/01, ending 2020/12/31.
I would like to know if that's possible to hide that activity from work input tab as the beginning date hasn't been reached yet.
I've been trying multiple things, but I can keep on seeing it in the input tab and I can input working time on it without any warning whatsoever.
Some help would be really appreciated 😉

It is possible if you check "hide not handled items". Then if you let the activity it a status that is not handled, it won't be displayed on Timesheet.
Ohter solution, is to check "under construction" on project. Then all activities of the project will be hidden on Timesheet
