Hello,
is it possible to create a project and "count" tasks in terms of "unit of work"?
Example : I have a reccuring task (manage Infrastucture servers) with no limit in time. I want to log this type of activity :
"Last Monday i managed servers during 40% of the day, I've worked on six servers (50% of total servers)".
My "unit of work" here is the number of servers i managed.

No, it's not posible.
Only known unit is time.
In your example, your task is 0,8 days of work and you did 50% = 0,4 day.
