I have seen that some drop-down boxes are not populated Location A) in spite that if I open the magnifier (Location B) there is a lot of entries ! So why nothing shows in the drop down menu ?

Hi rr,
you have to assign resources (team memebers) to te project. Then they should appear in the list box.
