Hello.
I have a problem and I don't understand the origin.
For some activities I can tick "handled, done, closed" and for others activities I can't.
I don't see remarquable differencies between the two activities so I don't know why I can't tick it.

It all depends on Activity Types definitions.
You can define in the type that these checks are locked : they, they can be changed only through the status.
