I have a problem with my workflow approbation.
I would have a worflow who every user i've choosen (team member, leader and so on) could change the status of my document, (from templates to assign or from reading to verificated for example), but without having the option for removing the version.
If anyone had a solution?
It is not a workflow issue, but an acces right issue.
Unfortunately, there is no distinction between document rights and document version right, so anyone who can update a document can create/update/delete its versions.
