Monitoring of resource skills is not currently implemented in projeqter ( I do not know if this is planned for futur version ?). One way to manage this is using checklists .With cheklist line attached to a resource , you can complete the level of each resource on a given skill in the checklit line ( JEE , PHP ...).

In the current version of projeqtor , unfortunately , we can not attach the checklit to a resource, it would be interesting to think about adding this feature to all the elements in the environmental parameters ( resource, customer , function , team , .. . ).
