Hello,
adding notes directly from email is great but, sometime, notes are duplicated (because of multiples replies) or too long (because of mail signature for instance).
So, it is difficult to ask users to delete or compact their notes and only creator can modify is note.
If it is possible to give administrator's profil rights to delete or modify any note, this can be done for all and contribute to lisibility on notes.
