Allowing Copy/Paste images into attachments

One of the big uses for our system is for development... and with development comes lots of fantastic screenshots to support bug reports.

Most of our guys use Lightshot, which means they can draw on their screenshots immediately, but there is still that step of saving, then finding your attachment to upload.

Would be a fantastic addition to attachments to allow DRAG/DROP and/or COPY/PASTE of image data into an add attachment window. Especially since the recent thumbnail overhaul.

In fact I tested : when opening add attachement, it is possible to drag and drop image or any other file into the "browse" button...
It automatically work if your browser is HTML5 compatible :woohoo:

Nice!

Copy/pasting is much more cool though :cheer:.
