Hello,

in task creating, ou need to define responsabile for each task and it's a good practice (if nobody is responsabile, nobody's doing the job 🙂 !).
But, sometime, it is usefull to be able to define "every member of the team" as responsabile. For example, if tou need that everyone get the job (ie : update your planning...).
For now, i can't see any other way than duplicate task for all responsabile (and it's sometime a heavy job with large teams...).
Is it possible to get a simple way to make "the same task for all the members" or, better : "the same task for all designed members of the teams" with a popup to mark/unmark team member for example.
This don't need to change task treatment but make you able to create "multiple same task".

Expect to be clear.

Best ragards,

For activities, the responsible is in fact the accountant (in a RACI meaning), opposite to Tickets where Responsible is really the executant.
For activities, you can have several "executant", just add then in Assignent table.
Then activities will appear on Today's list "Tasks I am assigned to"

Yes indeed but it's not possible to do this with actions...

Actions only have one responsible, and I think it is a good thing : set several responsible to an action is the best way to have it never done

Yes, i'm in your way.
But creating several actions automaticaly from a list of responsible (you know, sometime you have some action to ask to "everyone" and you need to follow it. In this case, you keep to principe of "one action - one responsible" and be able to send actions to a group...

It could be actions with sub-actions created automatically from responsible list : all project members, all team members, all organisation members.
