Hi Babynus,
Case:
We tracking requests with Tickets. To enabled our business department to trace their tickets we granted access (set up user). To preselect their requests, I have to assign him to a project. But assignment (affection) is only possible for ressources. But I wouldn't have them in resoucepool.
Possible Solution:
Assignment / affections of users without beeing a ressource.
