First of all, I wish you a very Happy New Year with health, mostly.

I'm having some troubles to make people understand that leave's periods need to be validated before the timesheet is submitted.

Is there any possibility to avoid a resource to submit its timesheet as long as there is a leave period over the week that is not yet validated or rejected?

It would be a great help on this management, because as long as people have the right to do things, they do them, if it is not the procedure to follow.
