I would like to suggest a new functionally whereby all entry cells in a form can be each pre-configured to be as either editable or / non editable depending on the status of the Form within the workflow as defined in Cell1 and Cell 2.
How to do that is kind of tricky !

Tricky and will possibly be a mess to configure...
This functionality is important to be achieved in the best of way possible, as we dont want to end up having all the form entries editabke by everybody on the workflow.
This may end up having everybody having the authority to change any of the entries done by his senior at any stage in the worflow. Therefore we should some how have some important cells restricted to some and not accessible to all.
