Another point I was thinking about : would it be possible to define a filter existing by default for all users ?
Intention would be to create a filter such as "my open items" where users can easily get to their items in every screen (tickets, actions, etc.).
Something like "responsible = user" and "done = No".
What do you think ?

A fix filter is not a good idea : for an internal resource, maybe it is good, but for instance an external member would prefer "my own items = the one I created..."
But the idea to propose filter visible to all is interesting.
The idea would be to give the possibility to some profile to define filters wisible to everyone, or to a given profile.
Then, any admin could define the filters best fitting teams need.

Ah yes, good point! Better indeed to have different filters for different profiles, for example.
