My job, since 8 years, is the deployment management.
Quickly explained, is to add a new data into ProjeQtOr : [WHERE]. Because each activity involves one or more sites.
Of course, mainly, the sites can be organized hierarchically (state, region, county, cities...) that can be regarded themselves as "sites", in order to have their own activities in the project.
Like resources, sites must have several properties : dimensions, opening dates, availability, hierarchical structure, functional and business characteristics, address, managers, phone...
It's not a little thing, because I work daily with about 2.000 to 18.000 sites as target for my project's activities...
(yes, I work for a great Company 😉 )
Do you think it could be an interesting development for ProjeQtOr ?

Possibly the "site" management could be an improvement, but I don't thing in the way you describe it (I mean per activity).
This will not include the roadmap.
Possibly this can be developped as a plugin.
