Hi,

we had a very interesting discussion with our developers about the Projeqtor workflow. They asked for some features, of which I don't know if its anyhow possible to activate it. If it's not available, I would like to place it as a future feature.

  • Alpabetical order of project combo box
  • Customizing the quick menu for personal purpose (e.g. hiding objets which are not used)
  • Activity view: filter actvitites which are done, show Activity-Status as a traffic light than a procentual
  • Assignment-Filter clause for Activities
  • Filter Real work allocation by project
  • Real work allocation: Clicking single user-stories or activities won’t open the clicked element

If anything is unclear, feel free to ask.
Thanks a lot for your help

Regards

meedial

Alpabetical order of project combo box

it could be a new parameter to be able to select this option. Ticket #1568 recorded.
Today, projects are sorted on WBS id.
This is because you can define an indent caracter that will j=halpt reproduce the projects structure.

Customizing the quick menu for personal purpose (e.g. hiding objets which are not used)

This is an idea that takes it place into my mind for several weeks. Ticket #1569 recorded.

Activity view: filter actvitites which are done, show Activity-Status as a traffic light than a procentual

To filter activities that are done, you just have to define corresponding filter and set is as default filter.
Display status as straffic ligh would be much too restrictive : traffic lights only have 3 colors, while you can have many statuses.
But you can use status color to represent "as a traffic light color"

Assignment-Filter clause for Activities

Already exists : Ticket #1498
Filter Real work allocation by project

Real work allocation: Clicking single user-stories or activities won’t open the clicked element

Real work allocation is not devoted to find item an go to it.
It could be a mess if item would open on unexpected click.
But maybe displaying the item in a pop-up could be interesting. Ticket #1570 recorded.

First, I would like to thank you for the fast answer.

Just the last evolution request:
Filter Real work allocation by project <-- Is this feature already planned?
