Hello,
when opening the list of tickets from within an activity, there is displayed a list showing information about TicketID, TicketName, Issuer, EstimatedTime, RealTime, LeftTime and Status (see attached "ListOfTickets_Current").
I would suggest to enhance the list in a way like this:
- new icon/column "Requestor"
- new icon/column "Responsible" (important to validate assigned activity-resources [is every ticket-responsible assigned as activity-resource])
- Add information about total ticket-time (estimated & real) per responsibe
- Name/Icon Responsible
- Total estimated time of this resp. tickets in this activity
- Total real time spend of this resp. tickets in this activity
This way we could check at a glance who is responsible and if assigned times are matching the ticket-times, which will result in a correct planning view.
I think that this could be done with a moderate expenditure but will bring a great enhancement.

This is not the target of this list.
If you want a detailed list for tickets linked to a given Activity, just go to the Ticket list and apply a filter for Planning Activity = the activity you with (this can be a dynamic filter)
Then you can show whaterver you want in the list of tickets.
