Strangely, but I didn't find this topic.
I want to import my diary to my google calendar. And it must update automatically. I think it's quite obvious feature request :).

This is not an easy feature and will not be included in standard version.
All must be spécified clearly.
For instance, in diary, you have one record for each planned work for one activity, per day. Would it be reproduced as is in Outlook of just as a simple task from start to end of task...
Can be done through specific evolution. Request for a quote in contact form if you're interested.
