On screen Report (Menu Follow-up - Reports) we can see report, print it or save in pdf format.
What about saving report in editable format, may be open document or ms word?
We need it for postprocessing for other systems.

Default, html, is an editable format.
You can copy&paste it in any editor.

I don't think about this opportunity. :unsure:
But export to xls / xlsx or ods format more convenient.
