Hi Babynus,
if Items closed, then you are able to filter for this items, just clicking checkbox. If a Project is closed, then it' not possible to say in the filter "Project among ", because they are not listed anymore.
Suggestion: Could filter add a new option to say "include closed items (projects)"?

No, it is not possible this way as restriction does not come from just controling the field but from access rights, which are by default calculating without including closed project.
So only possibility is to open Project Selector Paraleter and check "show closed items" to include closed project.
