Hello,
Is it planned to add new functionalities : Forum or FAQ
It will be (i think) good for users.
For example, in several projects, we must have a knowledge base or make discuss about root cause of problem
A forum is a part of project management in agile mode.

No, these features are not planned.
FAQ : it could be an idea to improve the tool.
Forum : we already have "Activity stream" to enter notes on items and follow discussion in chat mode (but with persistance of the notes).
