Hi,
It is very difficult to identify that changes has been done in requirements (and invalidated the test case(s) for that reason).
Can you please introduce the Lock (as in documents) for Requirements?

Hi,
Ticket #919 recorded.
Is it exactly same need as for Document ?
- only user who locked requirement can unlock it
- some profiles can get privilege to unlock any requirement
