It would be nice to split collapsable bloks where there is a textarea in order to séparate it from it's parent block and being able to maximize the size of the textearea on the screen.

For example the result textarea of a ticket is inside a "Treatment" collapsable block. This block has many usefull options but theu take a lot of place on the screen. And whane you are editing the result, the size of the text aera is quite small because of this options. If the testearea where in an other collapsable block than Treatment, the frist one could be close when editing your test. This coule reduce scrolling and let the rich editor command buttons visible for quite a long text. The textarea coul also be in a collapsable block, so you can choose what you want to see. For this example you will have 2 blocks like "Treatment Overview" and "Treatment Detail" or something like this. 

Of course this is just an example that could be generaliezed to the others tools.
