Hello again,

I'd like to propose a new report that would make (at least, almost) everyone at design companies happy 🙂

"Document exchange list" report. That is, basically, some sort of an index of the documents (and their corresponding versions) that have already been delivered to the client.

It should be possible to filter (as in any other report) regarding:
- Project
- Project version
- Folder
- Start date (default to project's start date)
- End date (default to today)
- Doc status
- Show: all versions / only last version / only reference
- Author

It should contain the following fields:
- Item (simple row N°)
- Folder/sub-folder
- Document reference
- Client document reference
- Description
- Revision (version)
- Is reference
- Submission date (sent to client)
- Status (pending, approved, rejected, ... )

I know it's quite close to the list we see on the Documents panel, and that can be exported as CSV and pdf. Furthermore, since the ability to select available columns to be displayed is already planned, it would be quite close to this report's result. The advantage, I think, of defining it as a report is the (future) possibility of automate this report's generation, and send it by email (to the client, to the project's admin, ... ) every certain amount of time, or defining certain events as triggers (change of doc status, new doc, new version, etc...).
Not really sure that's even feasible, though 😉

Thanks again!
Cheers!

One more thing (I just realized) would be useful:

The report should contain a "Sub-Project" field, so as to indentify which doc belongs to each sub-project.
NOTE: Not sure what to do when all docs belong to the same top-project (which doesn't have sub-projects). Leave it empty? Suppress the column?

Thanks!
