Would it be possible to add some evolutions allowing to manage some of the Global Parameters for a group of projects only, instead of the entire Projeqtor instance ?

For example, manage at the level of an Organization or Program some parameters such as : 
- working time
- work and workload in hours / days
- display options

Of course some of the parameters really need to be global (System , Authentication, Automation), but maybe thinking about future extensions it could be interesting to make some of the parameters use different configurations depending on the context.
