[#1422]

This is a common problem in a high ticket volume environment. One user will create a ticket and one user will search for it in their ticket list.

Currently it will remain hidden until the user force refreshes oria, or refreshes tickets (as there isnt a refresh button for ticket view, only selected ticket).

Would be nice if a new ticket was logged, users ticket view could see the ticket right away, could be implemented with a jquery update on a regular interval for the ticket view window. The ideal solution is a push update so you're not refreshing for no reason but obviously harder to implement.

Hi,

Not sure is is always a good behavior to refresh the list without any user request.
It could be surprising to the user...

Ticket #1207 recorded, to think about it.

Hi all,

may be a refresh is indeed irritating. But an information an the record "element / item updated" could be helpful.

Regards,

Klaus
