I got one question or improvment idea, do you think it could be possible to add a filter on project on real work allocation tab that could makes it easier to find the task, in case of multiple and long terms projects?
Do you think it could also be possible to reorganize project order via a drag as it is possible on planning view?

No; Items must be displayed on WBS order, and only Project Leader should be able to change WBS order (it may have impact on planning result)
NB : you can easily "collape" a project level to ease display.
