Case:
If starting projector from scatch means to set up parameter to own setting. This is a lot of work.
But normally on a project start, we would start with empty database but will keep parameter.
Request:
* Simple procedure to empty database but keep paramenter or
* Possibility to empty all databases and import parameter same as other data import.
