Request: Tickets should have a field "Requestor", because latest for review, tests, sign off or after delivering project has to get in touch with requestor. Requestor Issuer. Requestor should be selectable out of contacts. If contact isn't in the files, it would be fine, if you can link to contact to enter quick a new contact; same as link and edit on successor/predessor for activities.
Commercial advantage: You can select all efforts for a individual requestor and have later on possibility to create an invoice based on this efforts.
Request pertinent now the V1.4 introduce the notion of contact.
Of course, the resquest to have quick creation functionality becomes more and more relevant.
